I am a bridge between the worlds of spirit and form, helping women return to the loving embrace and sovereign wisdom of their ancestors and the ancient gnosis in their bones.

Life presents us with many initiations to call us into the deepest truth of who we are and the integrity of our heart. Through both painful and challenging experiences, we are invited to see what is asking for healing, collecting and care within our body, heart, mind, spirit and story.
